Simple Italian Chicken

The recipe review I chose is called one-pot Italian Chicken. I chose it which  was written by Federica who is a  developer of traditional Italian and Mediterranean recipes for fun with family and friends on foodgawker. The site has a lot of recipes from all over the world, and we can search by category. I saw a picture which looks delicious, and wanted to make it. After I read the recipe, I understood that it is very simple, super succulent, and made in one flying pan. I have only one flying pan, so I could make it. Also, I promised to play with my friend, so I wanted to have a nice night like Italian while eating it.


I went to Challenger to buy ingredients. I could buy it excluding herbs,white wine, but I couldn’t find tomatoes with vine, so I bought only tomatoes. Next, I went to Aeon to buy herbs, white wine with my older brother. I was able to prepare all the ingredients.

I will explain how to make this recipe roughly.

First,I cut onions and peppers and fried them in a frying pan.when the peppers were tender,I transferred them to a plate.

Second,I baked chicken from its skin.






I put the peppers back there,and poured the white wine. After I removed the alcohol, I added the tomato sauce.


The advantage of this recipe is that it requires less washing, and I can cook delicious food in a short time. Also, it is good for me to buy the main ingredients cheaply.

On the other hand, the disadvantage of this recipe is that it is authentic Italian, and has a unique taste. I think that it's a taste that you like and dislike.

The instructions were very easy for me,so I could understand, cook it smoothly. The heading and numbering of the steps especially helped me.

I give 4 stars to this recipe,because it does not need many ingredients,and I can gather the main ingredients easily.At first,I was surprised by the unique taste,but I gradually got addicted to the taste.


I was satisfied with a lot of pictures with this recipe. Pictures are posted for each process, so it is easy for me to understand it.In addition to it, the answers to the questions from people who made it before are posted. There was a way of using surplus sauce,so I made pasta too. I learned points to make it more delicious from them. I arranged the sauce and ate it deliciously until the end.I want to eat it with my family, and have a good night during summer vacation like Italian.

 

Overall,this recipe is easy to understand with a polite explanation,and many pictures. Also,the tradition of this recipe is posted,and I was interested in italy and Italian.I learned that it is important to add many pictures and brief explanations to explain the process of cooking.

I want to recommend my mother,because she is busy, and wants to cook in a short time.If my family can't eat all the sauce, she can make various dishes.We will enjoy eating many times.
